As a self confessed fan of Dragon Ball Z, i am sure that I, along with my fellow worshipers are disappointed that they are going to stoop so low into making a movie, and not even in cartoon! I just watched the trailor and I'm APPALLED at the shoddy special effects and the poor choices in casting.

Piccolo is some guy with a green face, and since I am more of a modern DBZ fan, it is unnatural for me to see Piccolo portrayed as the villain, when I am used to him alongside Gohan and Goku.

Oh, and another objection (not to be racist or anything) but Goku is played by some white guy?! AND HIS HAIR! oh his hair. A white guy with anime hair?! a bit..gay. THEY DIDN'T EVEN SPIKE THE TIPS PROPERLY.

AND Master Roshi is wearing a HAWAIIN SHIRT? These attempts to westernize are going to CRASH AND BURN.

WOAH. woah. Emily Rossum, CHRISTINE FROM PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is going to be in this movie. How am I going to watch her in DBZ without hearing 'THINK OF MEEEEEE THINK OF ME FONDLY' in my head.

I must start rewatching DBZ again from the first episodes, which I haven't watched since the Cheez TV days.I remember waking up at 7 just to watch Goku vs CellTM O:
